About Us

Clean Freak Cleaning Services, LLC provides superior, reliable, and excellent customized cleaning services. We go above and beyond, and truly care about our clients' happiness!

We are a small, privately owned business. We are not a corporation. We care very much about your satisfaction. We have heard so many horror stories from our clients about the previous maid service or cleaning service that they had used in the past. We can assure you that you won't have any horror stories to speak of when you join with us!

We do use eco-friendly products because we care about your health and the health of the planet. There may be some instances, such as the initial cleaning, where we may need to use something stronger.

  • We bring all of our own cleaning products with us. These are all non-toxic and chemical free. If you are sensitive to scents in your home, please inform us at the time of initial consultation. We would be more than happy to use scent free non-toxic products in your home. 
  • We use micro-fiber cleaning cloths.
  • We use a vacuum specially fitted with a HEPA filter. HEPA is an acronym for "high efficiency particulate air". Basically HEPA is a type of filter that can trap a large amount of very small particles that other vacuum cleaners would simply recirculate back into the air of your home.

You will have your own personal clean freak cleaning your home. We do not send in teams of different people every time your home is cleaned because we want to develop a firm knowledge of how you like things done. It may take more time in your home doing it this way, but it is well worth it.

We do not charge by the hour. We are a flat rate fee cleaning service, which means that no matter how long we are in your home cleaning, you will still pay the fee that was quoted to you in the beginning.

POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 All cleaning supplies are provided by Clean Freaks Cleaning Services, LLC. If you have a cleaning product that you would like for us to use specifically, you will need to let us know in advance and provide the specific cleaning product for us. We prefer to use environmentally safe, non-toxic, and natural cleaning products for the health of all concerned.


Contracts:
We do not require you to sign a contract.

Payment:
Payment for our cleaning services is due in full at time of service. We gladly accept payment in the following forms:

Cash:

Personal Check: (Please make checks payable to Leslie Smith)

Please note: If we arrive and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately. In instances like these, it will be necessary to then re-schedule your cleaning appointment.

Cancellations: 
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours and preferably 48 hours notice for all canceled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that particular time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to secure your position.

Refunds: 
We do not offer refunds.  However, we do want you to be 100% satisfied. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so that we may return and clean the area you are dissatisfied with at no cost to you.

Illness:
If you or any member of your family has a fever or contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call us to reschedule your cleaning for when the illness has gone. We will also notify you if we are going to need to re-schedule due to an illness in our own family.

Inclement Weather:
In cases of inclement weather, we will contact you to re-schedule your cleaning appointment. We do not send any of our employees out in inclement weather for their own safety.

Privacy:
We do not share any of your information with third parties.

Extra Services:
If you request additional services or extra cleaning to be added, please contact us 48 hours in advance
so that we may prepare a new quote for you.

Safety:
For our safety, we do not move anything over 35lbs. If you need us to clean behind an appliance or other heavy furniture item, please have it moved out prior to the cleaning.

Tipping:
We do not require tipping.

Cleaning Gift Certificates:
You may purchase a house cleaning gift certificate for
anyone at any time. A gift of a housecleaning is well received!! These are not redeemable for cash. Please contact me for further information.
