ean Freak Cleaning Services, LLC provides superior, reliable, and excellent customized cleaning services. We go above and beyond, and truly care about our clients' happiness!
We are a privately owned business. We are not a corporation. We care very much about your satisfaction.
We believe in the green clean initiative, not because we wish to be trendy, but because we truly care about your health and the health of the planet. We use mainly eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaners, however, we also balance those eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaners out by using stronger disinfectant cleaners for areas which need it. However, if you wish for us to utilize ALL eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaners we have no problem with this, just let us know in advance.
We bring all of our own cleaning products with us, including micro-fiber cloths, paper towels and vacuums. However, if you prefer for us to use your products, vacuum, or other cleaning items, we would be happy to do so.
If your home or office requires specialized refills or products, please have these available for our use.
We do not charge by the hour.
We are a flat rate fee cleaning service.
POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS:
What can you do in advance of Clean Freaks' visit:
Please have papers, toys, clothing, and other household items picked up before the team arrives.
Contracts:
We do require an agreement to be signed at the time of service. This protects both you as well as us.
Payment:
(Residential): Payment for our residential cleaning services is due in full at time of service.
(Commercial): Payment for our commercial services is Net 30. Net 10 provides you a decent discount.
We gladly accept payment in the following forms:
Cash:
Personal Check: (Please make checks payable to Clean Freak Cleaning Services, LLC)
Please note: (Residential Clients) If we arrive and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately. In instances like these, it will be necessary to then re-schedule your cleaning appointment.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours and preferably 48 hours notice for all canceled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that particular time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to secure your position.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds. However, we do want you to be 100% satisfied. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so that we may return and clean the area you are dissatisfied with at no cost to you.
Illness:
If you or any member of your family has a fever or contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call us to reschedule your cleaning for when the illness has gone. We will also notify you if we are going to need to re-schedule due to an illness in our own family.
Inclement Weather:
In cases of inclement weather, we will contact you to re-schedule your cleaning appointment. We do not send any of our employees out in inclement weather for their own safety.
Privacy:
We do not share any of your information with third parties.
Extra Services:
If you request additional services or extra cleaning to be added, please contact us 48 hours in advance so that we may prepare a new quote for you.
Safety:
For our safety, we do not move anything over 35lbs. If you need us to clean behind an appliance or other heavy furniture item, please have it moved out prior to the cleaning.
Tipping:
We do not require tipping.
Cleaning Gift Certificates:
You may purchase a house cleaning gift certificate for anyone at any time. A gift of a housecleaning is well received!! These are not redeemable for cash. Please contact me for further information.
