Services:
Weekly & Bi-Weekly:
We do offer weekly and bi-weekly cleanings. Your home will be cleaned on the same day of the week. For example: Every Tuesday or every other Wednesday.
Office Cleaning:
Hours vary depending on your needs.
One Time Cleaning:
Maybe you aren't looking for a cleaning service to come in on a regular basis. That's ok! We do offer one-time cleanings. We will need for you to set up an appointment immediately in order for us to give you an accurate quote. One Time Cleaning rates will be higher than our regular rates.
After Party Cleanings:
Just had a party and don't feel like doing the clean up? That's what we are here for! Just contact us at least 72 hours, and preferably one week, before the party is to take place, so that we can come out, meet you, discuss the details, and give you an accurate quote on the cost.
Move In/Move Out Cleanings:
We are happy to help you with your moving needs. We realize that in the midst of moving, cleaning is one thing you really don't have the time for. Whether you are moving in or moving out of a home or an apartment, we will be able to assist you with your cleaning needs. Please contact us and set up an appointment immediately so that we can come out and give you an accurate quote.
Initial Cleanings:
1st visit: This visit is usually the longest visit, as initial home cleanings take longer to do than maintenance or routine cleanings.
Whenever Clean Freak Cleaning Services, LLC cleans your home, we will leave you a checklist with additional comments/notes we feel are necessary for you to know.

- Removal of all books from bookshelves, dusting of books and bookshelf
- Hand cleaning (washing) of all baseboards
- Clean windows (inside)
- Clean all wooden doors
- Clean all glass doors
- Wash kickstrips underneath cabinetry
- Vacuum upholstered furniture
- Clean tops of cabinetry in kitchen area and all knick knacks on top of cabinetry
- Wash silk or real plants leaf by leaf
- Sweep out garage
- Outdoor poop scooping
- Laundry Service - Laundry is picked up at a designated time from your home and returned within 48 hours, washed, folded, and ironed if necessary. Laundry is cleaned with all natural, non-toxic, eco-friendly detergent.
- Dry Cleaning drop off and pick up
- *Just ask me if there is something you may need done that is not on this list. We are happy to run personal errands for an extra fee if it is something agreeable.
